Preparing for Sports Camp:

Sports camp can be physically and mentally demanding, which is amazing for children and young people’s developmental needs, but please ensure children have had a drink and something to eat before they arrive. If this has not been possible, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will see if we can provide something. Please contact us if your child has an injury, is ill or you have any other concerns about them joining the session.

What each child will need to bring:

Please avoid bringing the following:

Payments
All payments should be made through our Classes4kids booking site, found here:

We no longer accept cash on the door, or cheques.

Free School Meal places

Please ensure that you provide the full HAF code that is provided by the council for the Holiday Activity and Food Programme. Once provided, we have to check each booking individually, and can only provide spaces for children that provide an accurate code.
Children will be provided with a free meal at lunchtime with all of the other children. Please take care when providing dietary requirements so that we can provide them with a meal they can look forward to. If you are awaiting your free school meal voucher, but want to book a space, please use TBC until you have the full voucher code, but be aware that we will need this voucher number for your child to attend.

Example activities that your child will take part in:

Our Multi-Sports approach is a research based approach to giving children a positive introduction to a variety of sports and developing their athletic skills. It involves a variety of age and ability related sports and fun games, which creates a positive motivational climate for children to build a passion for sport. To list a few: Football, Archery, Netball, Basketball, Hockey, adapted games and more.

Four year olds

Four year olds are welcome to join our multi-sports sessions, for up to four hours per day.

We offer a free first session for four year olds to get them started at a young age and prepare them with a wide variety of skills.

Four year olds are currently able to access the club at an equivalent price. To access this you will need to contact our admin team for a discount code. Please note, this is also in review, as we keep a higher ratio of staff to children for this group.

Refunds

Refunds are given at our own discretion, so if you would like a refund for any reason, please communicate this thoroughly and we can assess fairly if a refund is appropriate. As we invest alot of time into administering bookings, we would usually offer to move your child’s space to another day. If your request is related to a complaint, we will look to investigate the complaint. Please bare in mind we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, whereby if you cancel your booking during that time, or do not attend the session we will not be able to accommodate a refund.

Concerns, Complaints and Compliments

If you have any concerns or compliments that you would like to report about our camp, please direct this immediately to our supervisor on site. If you would like to escalate this to make a formal complaint, then please report this to our Operations Director, who will follow our company policy: Ellis Hemingway; 07599093039
